Once you place an order on Buy Naturals, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way—from confirmation to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about tracking your purchase and what to expect after checkout.
✅ 1. Order Confirmation Email
After you complete your purchase, you’ll immediately receive an email with the subject line:
“Your Buy Naturals Order Confirmation – Order #XXXXXX”
This email includes:
Order number
Order date
Billing and shipping address
List of products ordered
Payment summary
Estimated delivery date
Didn’t receive it?
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it’s still missing after 15 minutes, contact our support team.
? 2. Shipping Notification & Tracking Details
When your order ships, you'll receive a second email titled:
“Your Buy Naturals Order Has Shipped – Track Your Order #XXXXXX”
This shipping email includes:
A tracking number and carrier name (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
A tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time
A summary of items shipped
You can also find your tracking number in your Buy Naturals account under My Orders.
? 3. How to Track Your Order
There are two ways to track your shipment:
A. From the Email:
Click the “Track Your Order” button or link directly in the shipping confirmation email.
B. From Your Account:
Log in to your account at buynaturals.com
Go to My Account > My Orders
Click View Details on the order you want to track
You’ll see the tracking number and a live tracking link
⏱️ 4. Tracking Updates May Take Time
After your order is shipped, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show movement or status. If your tracking number doesn’t work right away, try again later.
? 5. Tracking Says Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive It
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
Double-check your delivery address in the order confirmation email.
Look around your property (front door, back porch, mailbox, etc.).
Ask neighbors or building staff if they accepted the delivery.
Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a bit early.
Still no luck? Contact our team here — we’ll assist you with an investigation or replacement.
? 6. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, they may ship from different warehouses. In that case, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package and multiple emails.
