✅ Step 1: Check Your Order Status
Start by checking your order confirmation email or logging into your account:
Go to My Account > My Orders
Locate the order in question
Click “Track Order” to view real-time shipping updates
Sometimes, delivery status may show "Delivered" even if it arrives 24–48 hours later.
? Step 2: Search Around Your Property
Carriers may leave packages in secure or less visible spots. Please:
Check your front door, porch, garage, mailbox, or side entrance
Ask neighbors or building staff if they received the package
Review any delivery photos or notes in the tracking link
? Step 3: Wait 24 Hours
In some cases, a package is marked as delivered a day or two early by the courier. It may still be on its way.
If it still hasn’t arrived 24 hours after a “Delivered” status, proceed to Step 4.

If you’ve followed the steps above and still don’t have your package, please contact our support team. Provide the following:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Confirmation that you’ve checked with the carrier
We’ll investigate and either:
Reship your order, or
Issue a refund, depending on the situation
? Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen or lost after delivery. In such cases:
We’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the courier.
We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or credit, at our discretion.

Requesting “signature on delivery” for high-value orders
