⏳ Order Changes and Cancellations Are Time-Sensitive
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, there's a very short window to make changes or cancel.
⚠️ You can only request changes or cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order.
After that, your order will likely be packed and sent to the shipping carrier, making it impossible to modify.
?️ What Can Be Changed Within 1 Hour:
Shipping address (minor corrections)
Product quantity or variant
Cancellation of the entire order
We cannot modify:
Payment method
Promo code usage (once submitted)

If you're within the 1-hour window:
Go to your Order Confirmation Email
Click the “Contact Support” link or go to our Support Page
Include your:
Order number
The change you want to make or request to cancel
Our support team will prioritize your request and respond as fast as possible.
? What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
If your order has already left our warehouse:
We can no longer cancel or change the order.
You will need to wait for the delivery, then request a return (if eligible).

If your order is part of a subscription:
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date
You can pause, cancel, or edit your subscription from your Buy Naturals account > Subscriptions
