While we strive to make our nutraceutical products available worldwide, some countries have strict import regulations that prevent us from shipping to certain destinations. Below you’ll find important information about where we can and cannot ship, and why.
? Countries We Do Not Currently Ship To
Due to international sanctions, customs regulations, or unreliable postal systems, we are unable to ship orders to the following countries at this time:
North Korea
Iran
Syria
Cuba
Russia
Belarus
Crimea Region (Ukraine)
We review these restrictions regularly and will update the list if conditions change.
⚠️ Products Restricted by Country
Some countries allow international shipments, but restrict certain ingredients commonly found in nutraceuticals (such as melatonin, DHEA, or herbal extracts). This means that:
Not all products can be shipped to all countries.
If a product is not permitted in your country, you won’t be able to complete checkout with that item in your cart.
We do our best to block restricted products automatically based on your shipping address.
Example: If melatonin is restricted in your country, you won’t see it as available for purchase at checkout.
? Customs and Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws of their country. If a package is:
Held by customs, you may be required to provide documentation or pay duties/taxes.
Returned to us due to restrictions, we will refund the product cost (minus shipping) once it arrives back at our warehouse.
Destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
We recommend checking your local import regulations if you are unsure whether a specific product is allowed.
