Shipping confirmation email
Buy Naturals account under My Orders
2. Contact Our Support Team
Go to our Return Request Form or contact support via email or live chat.
Please include:
Full Name
Email address used to place the order
Order number
Product(s) you want to return
Reason for the return (e.g., wrong item, arrived damaged, changed mind)
? If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach a photo showing the issue.
3. Wait for Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send return instructions, including:
The return address
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) if required
Any additional instructions based on your case
Do not send the product back without authorization.

Once approved:
Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
Write the Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly on the outside (if provided)
