How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return has been approved and the product received (if applicable), we’ll process your refund as quickly and transparently as possible. Here’s how the refund process works at Buy Naturals:


1. When Are Refunds Issued?

Refunds are issued once:

  • Your returned product has been received and inspected

  • Your return request has been approved (in cases like damaged or incorrect items that don’t require returns)

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been successfully processed.

We issue refunds using the original payment method whenever possible.

If you prefer, we can issue your refund as a Buy Naturals store credit:

  • Delivered by email as a credit code

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Never expires

Let us know during your return request if you'd like this option.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Opened or used items (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Shipping fees (unless due to an error on our part)

  • Orders returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Gift cards and promotional codes

You can check your refund status at any time:

  • Go to My Account > My Orders

  • Select the returned order

  • View the return and refund updates

If your refund was issued but hasn’t posted after 10 business days, please contact your bank or reach out to our support team.
