Refund Not Received – What Now?

We understand how important your refund is. If you've been notified that your refund was issued but haven’t received it yet, don’t worry — here’s exactly what to do.


1. Check the Refund Confirmation Email

When your refund is processed, we send a confirmation email with:

  • The refund amount

  • The payment method used

  • The date it was issued

If you didn’t receive this email, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team.


? 2. Allow Standard Processing Time

Refunds take time to post depending on your payment method:

These timeframes begin once the refund is officially issued (not when your return is delivered).


? 3. Contact Your Bank or Card Issuer

If the refund still hasn't posted after the estimated time:

  • Call your bank or credit card company

  • Provide the date, amount, and merchant name (Buy Naturals)

  • Ask if a refund is pending or posted to a different account/card

Sometimes, banks place refunds on temporary holds or process them under a different transaction ID.


? 4. Confirm the Original Payment Method

Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method. Make sure:

  • The card/account is still active

  • You haven’t switched banks or closed the account recently

If the original method is no longer valid (e.g., expired card), most banks redirect the refund automatically. If not, it will bounce back to us, and we’ll contact you.


? 5. Contact Our Support Team

If more than 10 business days have passed and:

  • You still haven’t received the refund

  • Your bank can’t locate it

  • You no longer have access to the original payment method

Please contact our support team here. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Refund confirmation email (if available)

  • A short message explaining the issue

We'll investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
